If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent court to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

143jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments will be effective upon publication to the 143jili platform. Where the nature of an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — 143jili will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details on file.
